Sub-processors

1. What this page covers
1.1 A sub-processor is a third-party service provider that processes data for Alcodes Mobility Private Limited (Alcodes, we or us) so that we can run Auditer.
1.2 Our sub-processors may process two kinds of data:
- account data of Owners and members, for which we are the Data Fiduciary, as described in our Privacy Policy; and
- personal data in our customers’ business data, which we process as Data Processor under our Data Processing Addendum.
1.3 We use sub-processors under contracts that require them to protect the data they process for us.
1.4 This page is published in English. If it is translated, the English version governs if there is any difference.

3. Other recipients
3.1 Government systems. When you use GST, e-invoice or e-way bill features, data is sent through PeriOne to the GST portal, the e-invoice system, the e-way bill system or the Vahan system. These are government systems, not our sub-processors. Data is sent to them only for the actions that you or your members request.
3.2 Delivery platforms. WhatsApp messages are carried on Meta’s WhatsApp platform. Push notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android) and Apple Push Notification service (iOS).
4. Transfers outside India
Groq, Expo and Sentry process data in the USA, and Cloudflare delivers our website through its global network. We transfer personal data outside India only to countries that the Government of India has not restricted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Our Privacy Policy explains what is sent to each provider.
5. Changes to this list
5.1 This list may change as we add, replace or remove providers. When it changes, we will update this page and show the date of the change.
5.2 If you are a customer and object to a new sub-processor, section 9 of our Data Processing Addendum explains what you can do.
